Damaging of mags

I took my Chevrolet utility to fit new tyres on Friday 22/03/2013. They fitted the tyres and I washed the utility on Saturday 23/03/2013 and noticed that the 2 mags that was fitted with new tyres where damaged. I have called on Monday 25/03/2013 and asked for Jaco to complain and Jaco was on leave so I called back on Tuesday and spoke to Jaco. I told him what have happen and he told me that this has happened before and that they will talk to the guy that is doing the balancing and fitment of tyres, there was no apologies from there side and it is going to cost me know R650.00 per wheel to get the mags fix.
