Kia Warranty Breached!!!

Hi Guys,

I have now struggled for over a month with all of Kia's departments,

My New Cerato with around 10 000km's on the clock broke down while on holiday.
My car is 6 month's old, And I am the first owner, and only driver,

They helped out the tow the car after almost a full day on the side of the road, only to inform me they don't have the replacement part in stock.
Meanwhile close-by at a different dealership there is a replacement part.
They made me go buy the part cash, and even drove me there,
Fitted it and proceeded to charge me the full labour costs,

I got told that I can claim it back. Meanwhile, when I tried, Kia SA just says that it's actually, and should never have happened.

They finally agreed to at least pay me back my money.
Which whould have apparently been done by last week already.

Now, after all this effort of trying to get my money back, they simply won't get back to me.
I can phone anyone I like, mail who ever, no response what so ever.

What do we as consumer's have to do?

Guess what happen's when a customer owe's you money after a service?

They will never see the car again until fully paid for?

How is this fair???
