I had recently damaged my car and was in search of a replacement part. I contacted Autoparts Warehouse and they assured me that they had the part I had been looking for. They sent me the details, and I had paid the amount as per the invoice. After e-mailing twice to obtain a tracking number for the delivery of the part, and receiving NO RESPONSE, I called. The person I spoke to told me the part had not been shipped yet, and would phone back before the end of business to inform me as to what is happening with the part in question. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I had to call back the next day only to hear that they in fact did not have the correct part, despite my ensuring this before purchase. They then asked me to e-mail my banking details in order for the refund to be made. In sending the details, I specifically requested them to acknowledge receipt of the e-mail. NOT DONE. I e-mailed again, restating the request and this has still not been completed.

I have not ever received such poor customer service and urge prospective customers not to use this company.
