No replacement part or refund and no response

I bought a spare from these guys, they told me it was the corrct spare after i sent them 3 images of my sample, the part came and it was incorrect, they havent replaced my part or refunded me and to make it worse they dont respond> I dont even want a replacement part since i bought it somewhere else, i just want my money back - R700
