Kwik Fix
Utterly rude

My car broke down and ended up accross the road from Kwik Fix in Bellville, someone asked their mechanic to come and see if he can tell what's wrong. Some wires were damaged and he said the problem will be electrical but they would have to check to see where the problem originated so they can't tell what 'broke'. I asked them not to fix it but just to see if they can tell what the damage would be - cost wise. Next thing I know they call me the Monday and tell me I have a massive bill of which more than 70% is just labour related! This without once mentioning or telling me what they charge for their labour per hour, and after I told them NOT to fix the car because I want to know the costs first.

Worst part is when I went to pay and asked the guy why he did that, he started getting very rude and all defensive. We were two women and anyone would be shocked at how he spoke to us, very mean and shouting loud. I am very offended with how he treated us and I dont think people like that should be allowed to deal with clients.

After all this, I still had to pay the rediculous bill to get my car. And even then my whole radio & CD player was and is still not working at all!!
