She's so Arrogant and Rude

Yesterday I went to Cellc to complain about my bill. Suprisingly the consultants were confused when they checked my account so I asked them to call the manager, when Beverly came she was so rude, unprofessional, arrogant and start blaming me for this high bill.instead of helping me and told me she wont help me because I received and used it, she also told me I can go to no150 rivonia road and talk to the CEO maybe He'll help me.so I went there and Spoke to Stebashin and Angela whom they understood my problem and were professional, they promised to look at my matter and come back to me, so now am waiting for their response but my problem is the way I was treated at 7 federal road please look into this matter and let me know the outcome
