Rude and incompetent customer service delivery eva

I was hijack on duty my car keys and other stuff we . then i went to locksmith in bluff Durban. i ask then whether the will be able to cut and programme my car keys. and the guy i spoke to said yes they can. then he made the quote for me, it came to R1500. i paid them. then i went for the key. they gave me the key and when i got to my car it wasn't programed some guy came to check the car then i have realised that my gear key has to be done as well . the guy broke my gear. when i asked he said it will be fix, he just need to take it with him. then no worries.next thing them told me i have to bring the car in. i did give them the car on Wednesday the 24th April. then on Friday when i went for the car. my gear 3 was no long working but it was working just fine before they broke it. and still my keys weren't programed as well. they this guy by the name of Neil just got very rude telling they do fix gears. and he wasn't then when i 1st came. he was extremely rude. and denying the damaging they cost me. they should have said if it was impossible for them at 1st. i want my money back and they must do something to fix the damages they've done... Neil is very unprofessional and RUDE.
