ROBBED FROM HARD EARNED MONEY

I took my vehicle for an electrical problem to J&R Auto electrical, as i was having an extreme problem with the car draining batteries, as i was on my 3rd battery in less then a year. i explained to JOE that i think there might be a short on my car as i only experience this problem as soon as i have to use the car lights, he said he will check the car and then told me that it was the starter and he needs to do a relay, needles to say i paid and arm and a leg, still had the same problem, went back, then i was told that the make of the battery was bad and i should get a new battery, luckily this time i had the receipt of the battery so i went to exchange it, where i was informed there was nothing wrong with the battery as they test is. There i go again, not long again same problem, went back left the car again paid some more money, not much later same problem, guess what again the battery got blamed. Needles to say i went to another auto electrician and had the problem sorted for a fragment of the price and the problem was the allternator, WHY DO PEOPLE DO INNOCENT PEOPLE IN, IT COSTED ME OVERALL NEARLY R2500-00. Can this place be prosecuted at all???
