I have a policy with your organization and I have been debited incorrectly this month. I called immediately to find out what the problem is and was told that the premiums went up etc. I then asked how the premium can just go up without being notified and was told that an email was sent out informing the clients that it would go up (by almost 25%?). I never received any notifications from your organization, whatsoever. I asked Monique/Lizette to look into the issue and they both told me that my premium went up because of the cellphones cover. They both said they would look into it and get back to me. I waited for Monique to call me back and did not hear from her. I called her to follow up and was told that she is on leave. I then spoke to Lizette and she asked me to give her a day to sort the problem and she would call me back. Its been 2 weeks since I have been in touch with them and my issue is still not sorted. I was told by them that the person that originally insured the four cellphones incorrectly and because of that my premium went up. I am not going to pay anything extra because of their mistake. I expect a refund immediately.
