I had my car serviced at Fury Ford in the middle of March this year. I requested that they give me a quote to replace my master key (for my keyless system) which I had lost in Sabie however they never gave me one when I picked up my vehicle. They also did not give me an invoice reflecting the service that they performed on my vehicle.

When my other key started showing a warning that the battery was low, I contacted Vusi and Petrus via email on 7 May requesting them to assist me with a quote to replace my key as well as to email me the invoice I never received after my last service. I have had no response!

Today my car again gave me the same warning regarding my key and it seems I will need to try another branch and hope I receive better service. I am really not impressed! I am so tired of always having to follow up on requests previously made that just seem to be disregarded
