I went to Toyota, Pta North, since it is the closest Toyota to me on a Friday. I wanted to speak to a new car sales person, and was sent to Lizette. After some debate and calculations I decided on purchasing a Toyota Corolla 1.6 Prof. I wanted either a dark blue or grey one. I asked Lizette to fax my info to Std Bank as I had preapproval. I had to call on the Tuesday only to hear she had not send the documents. Then she send the wrong docs. Eventually she send it off and all the bank and I wanted was an invoice. She could not locate a car and kept on telling the bank she is going to send the invoice now... it never happened. I contacted another dealership, who immediately told me he had 2 of each colour, I can just let him now which one I wanted. This bad service made me think if I really wanted to buy a Toyota if this is the presales service, what will the after sales service be like. I am very disappointed. I did mail Lizette and stated I am very upset with this bad service. She never called me once, I had to follow up. Her only response was that the vehicles are scarce. I did purchase a new vehicle at the end of the day, but not a Toyota.
