Damages to Vehicle

Europcar effectively R573.10 in damages that never happened while the vehicle was in my care. I protested from the moment I was accused, to little avail though as my correspondence fell on deaf ears. So I get letters of demand and ultimately pay, as I did not wish to be listed on ITC.

The pre-trip inspection sheet was a joke. The car was so full of little dings to begin with. Upon returning the vehicle the gentlemen facilitating the hand over noticed one of the above-mentioned dings. Never mind the others just this one in particular. From then it was guilty as charged. Note that none of the other shortcomings were listed on the pre-trip inspection sheet. Is this how you generate additional income? It's truly a great business plan Europcar. Maybe I need to incorporate some of your methodology into my business.

You had a first and last time customer. Wherever I happen to go or with whom I happen to speak to I make a point of mentioning your MO. As a victim of crime in South Africa I have been hijacked, held up at knifepoint and now I get to add robbed by Europcar to my list.
