Renee Booysen possible accomplice in Laptop

I started off by telling the colleague I was travelling with that I was missing my laptop. I then told the Europcar lady (Renee) whose attitude first demonstrated less care and reluctance.By that time she had already served most who were in the Europcar queue and yet she demonstrated very little haste and alarm after I had told her. At that point all people who were still hanging around there, including my colleague and the lady I was sitting next to in the plane joined me in putting pressure on the lady to phone all people she had served in case any of them had taken the laptop by mistake, and they were not many. At first when we suggested that she should call, she responded by saying "how will that help..." This response shocked all of us. The general behaviour of Renee throughout all this shocked most people who were still there. Ultimately she called them and told us that none of them had taken the laptop. When the airport security later got involved and they looked at their security monitors with footage fed from their mounted cameras, it clearly showed what happened. *kindly note that this is an abstract taken from my official letter of complaint to europcar*
