They came to find me

I rented a car from Europcar last week Wednesday and Thursday and I have been pleasantly surprised how their service levels have improved.

I have complained about Europcars' billing at this very branch in the past but that is now all behind us. I have since that complaint rented probably 5 times from the OR Tambo branch and had nothing but good experiences.

My most recent trip I had left my toiletry bag in the car. After I had been through the security gates at the airport I got a phone call from Europcar to inform me that I left it behind and they asked me where I was. We arranged to meet and within minutes a well spoken Europcar representative in a suit handed me my toiletry bag. I did not get the gentlemans name as I would like to thank him for going the extra mile but I hope this letter finds its way to the branch so he knows my appreciation.

Well done Europcar OR Tambo for excelling in service and more recently honesty the branch has most definitely improved over the last 2 years
