Incompetent & Rude!

I tried to call Randburg Medicross to get advice & make an appointment to see the travel clinic about a trip to Vietnam.

The first time I called I wanted to know what vaccinations they recommend - as there are a couple of different opinions online. The call was cut when I was holding.

The second time I called I was told you need yellow fever certificate to enter the country- when I told the operator that this was untrue and you only needed it you were coming from a yellow fever area (which South Africa is not) - she rudely unhung up on me.

Providing incorrect information and rude behavior is not what the medical profession should be about at all! Disgusting. Why not rather put me through to someone who actually has been trained to answer more than a phone?
