VERY Rude Manager, staff not helpfull

I phoned the game clearwater number to find out what size a folder door was that was advertised on their website. The receptionist answered and transferred me to the manager, who then complained to me 'why are they transferring you to me? ' after ranting at me, he simply said he does not have time to help me and transferred me to another department. This department then transferred me 7 TIMES! only to reach the correct department who put me on hold for 10 minutes, while I could hear her chit chat in the background, she picked up the phone and slammed it down in my ear. I then phoned the manager, who did exactly the same. This is PATHETIC service. BE WARE OF GAME CLEARWATER!!! The entire staff, including the manager DON'T want to help you, and are terribly rude!
