What a pathetic service I'v received from Standard Bank Home Loans so far. I reported a bad service from Standard Bank Home Loan Call centre Agent last week. They called me once and left a message and never bother to call me back to check whether the issues I was unhappy about were sorted. What makes it worse is the fact that their Evaluation Assessor had a decency of going to my house without making any appointment with me or my Wife to confirm if there will be someone at the house. He called my Wife in the morning when he was at the property already and My Wife told him there is no one at the House but we will make a plan that tomorrow he finds someone at around 12H30. I gave a Guy a call this morning to try and make arrangements to that effect. Guess what happened, the Guy was so rude to me. It was as if he was doing me a favour with this house evaluation appointment. What added salt to the wound is the fact that he told me that I'm talking nonsense" when I told him he rocked up at our house yesterday without phoning or making any arrangements with me or my Wife! I've never experienced this rudeness in my Life of working with People from different background! Pathetic service!
