Lost my wedding ring

Hi there

I just got married a few months ago, and i lost my wedding ring at the BP Cato Ridge garage

When i call the garage today to ask if they had found it, i spoke to very uninterested Sally who works at the office. The first thing she said is that she doesnt think i will find it because people are not trust worthy. She said this and didnt even bother looking for it and she was ready to put the phone down before I had even finished the conversation with her. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she he wasnt available, only to hear her speaking to him in the background i then insisted i speak to her manager

It is only then that the manager requested i call a little later and he would ask one of the staff to go look for the ring

I am very upset to have been speaking to su such a rude and uninterested person about something of soooo much value and she didnt even show any empathy towards the situation
