Ide without her wedding ring on her wedding day

Hi my name is elsie i went to sterns on a sunday, cause my engagement ring broke so i want to get a new one that sort a wedding ring set. So i ask them what it will cost me to get into my ring size, they said they will email them and hear what they say. So a week later they phone me so i couldnt answer my phone cause i am at work. So i phone them back the following day, they said i wont cost me more for what i saw the ring for but it will be her only the 8 august. I said its fine but they must make sure its here that day, cause i am getting married the 10 august. So i phone them again to say i maybe cant make it to tzaneen can i come and pay it the day i come and fetch the rings, they said no must be before, i said ookay ill make a plan. So after i cough up R 300 for petrol, they said i must pay a deposit i said i was not inform off this, they said it is unfortunately how it is. i said ill talk to my fiance and hear what he says. after we paid it know. they phone me a week later to say to me my ring wont be here the 8 august it will only be here the 13 september. BRIDE WITHOUT WEDDING RING
