I lost my Wedding ring and Engagement ring at my house, they went missing and I can't prove if it was or not. When I phoned Mi-Way to ask the process to claim, etc She said that because it was lost and not specified on my contract I can't claim, she then proceeded to mumble a essay of script and then said that I should log a claim and then they can decide on what information they needed to approve the claim or not. She didn't show any empathy that I had lost MY WEDDING RING AND ENGAGEMENT RINGS as they are extremely important to me... I didn't go through with registering a claim because if Mi-Way isn't going to pay out the claim then what is the point in registering a claim. It will just look bad on your record. I am upset that I was not taken seriously.
