My engine could have ceased due to negligence!

I had my Runx serviced at your dealership on Friday 17 May.
I discovered oil under my car on Monday evening and had to in the dirt and crawl under my car to find a sump plug bolt that I could turn with my fingers. I had to tighten the sump plug bolt. I was phoned on Monday evening to find out if everything was OK with the service, I explained the problem and specifically asked for the manager to phone me back. No one phoned me. I then phoned your 2IC service manager, Tuesday 21 May and requested feedback, and still no feedback. I also emailed the dealership off the website asking for feedback, still no response.
It is unacceptable that only disciplinary measures be taken against the employee. I would like to be refunded in full for the labour portion of the service bill. This is an insignificant amount in comparison with replacing a whole engine if the bolt had come out and the engine had ceased. You must take responsibility for incompetence, and work carried out, if I wanted to work on the car myself I wouldn't pay a very high rate per hour for labour. Thus far no response, no call back & no refund for bad workmanship carried out and gross negligence. What terribel service!
