I booked my car in for a 30000km service, I only had one issue with the car and that was the 12v plug was not working. On the job card I asked them to make sure the oil cap and surrounding area was cleaned before they serviced the engine. I was asked if i wanted all the old parts and the car to be cleaned to which I replied yes. When I collected the car the service adviser walked with me around the car, first thing I noticed was the cars interior was rushed and there was still dirt and papers on the floor, to which the adviser said she would log a complaint. I then opened the bonnet and realised that the was still dirt and sand lying on the inside of the engine oil cap. I asked for the manager so that he could see the problem I had with the service as this was not the first time it has happened, he replied that the clean was only a general clean and not a val-aye, the dirt in the engine was cleaned before the car was service he said, but there was sand in and around the oil cap, I showed him and then he left. I had to call a service technician to clean the dirt out of the oil cap. The issue I have is that I have paid alot of money for this car and the service delivery I receive is poo
