Hi I had a bad experience with masterparts Bellville in the sense that they will tell you what engine is in your vehicle when you have given them your engine type. I am speaking in relation to plug wires that I enquired about. I asked for the superboss plug leads (c20xe) engine and to my surprise there were 9 variations of that engine and had to bring a sample of the plug lead. I had a problem with that because masterparts are one a few companies that stock the superboss parts. Now comes the disgust, I have been driving an opel or 2l16v for over 15 years and never heard of such BS in my life. Then with the ensuing disgust in the salesman attitude he told me "I CAN SEE YOUR NUMBER"as if to say he will come to "" me and yet he still gave me the wrong price as well. That was brilliant and I had to speak to his manager to get the right price. Thanks masterpearts Im awaiting your response Shane.
