Really Bad Service and Customer Care

I definitely will never support Ugen again! I took my car there to have a head done first it took far longer than quoted and 2 months later we have had nothing but problems! First a really bad oil leak from the engine, so we took it back and they tried to keep the car for longer than a day. Now literally a week ago, the engine started making a noise like a bolt was playing pin ball in the head... we took it to Ugen and he insisted it wasn't the engine making a noise but to bring it in. The following day all to have the car cut out while driving and my husband just barely avoided a huge accident. We phoned him on Friday and he insisted he would be open on the weekend, much to our "non surprise" he was not. now our car is standing at his shop and surprise on a Monday he is not open again. this service is really unacceptable and I have no confidence in their work at all. I am really disappointed, this service already cost me almost R10000 and I cant afford to take it to another mechanic :(
