It just keep getting worse

We took our car in for a gear box issue. They quoted R20k for repairs, which I must say is pricey, but we accepted in good faith.

After they did the work, the original problem still wasn't fixed. So they quoted a further R12k to do what should have been done to start with. When we complained, they offered to remove R4.5k for labour, or to restore the car to it's former glory - STILL at our cost!!

What are my rights here in terms of the CPA?
