BAD SERVICE

During September 2013 my Father took his car to WINDSOR AUTO REPAIR in Parow, Cape Town for repairs as the car didn't want to start. The car was fixed and taken back to my father's house. The next morning the car didn't want to start again and so it was taken back and "another" fault was fixed and again taken back to my father, but the next morning it again didn't want to start and again taken back to them. This went on about 6 times and every time the car was brought back and the next morning it didn't start. Each & every time my father was billed and the total came to R5, 760-22 and still the car isn't fixed.

We then took the car to another mechanic in Bellville, who fixed it within 1 day at an additional cost of R4000. It took WINDSOR AUTO REPAIRS about 6 times and still they couldn't fix the problem, but they kept on billing my Father (who's an Pensioner). The Total cost / profit they made for NOT FIXING the car was R5, 760-22..

We will not recommend their services to anybody as it seems that they are one of those mechanical companies who likes to "milk" older people for their ignorance.
