Danmar Autobody Longmeadow
7 weeks - same excuse every week

My car has been at Danmar Autobody Longmeadow for 7 weeks. 2 delivery dates have come and passed and I'm still waiting!!! Today, they forgot that they used the same excuse on Monday and did not know what to say when confronted with this. How can my car go from the spraybooth 3 weeks ago to requiring parts today???

I have instructed my broker to have my car removed from this hellhole!!! I pay R2, 185 per week to rent a car, what on earth am I supposed to do now that I have run out of additional funds??? 7 weeks and no courtesy car, not one phone call, nothing!!! How do you still exist??? I have e-mailed the branch, the branch manager, phoned the branch manager (oh, he is NEVER at his desk, nor does he phone you back!!!) I am sooo worried about what these people are doing to my VERY expensive car if they cannot operate a phone nor keep a story straight or remember what they said last week. I WANT MY CAR!!!
