Car Starts miss firing after bad service

Cars & Transport

I sent in My car for service, they didn't call to inform me the service would not be completed in a day. I was only told when i got to the premises after 5pm. I was given the option to take the car and bring t first thing the next morning. On my way home i noticed my car was miss firing every time it was idling in traffic. Next day i left it over and informed them about my findings. They explained to me that water had gone into the spark plugs during the time they were washing the car after the service so i must bring it back in for the third time for it to be cleaned. i took it back and the assured me it was sorted. after driving for 30kms, the miss firing started again. I was told to bring it in for the fourth time. I took my car in in the morning at 7am, the service manager called to ask why i brought the car in before 9am & i explained the issue to him. after that conversion, no one called me, no notification about the status of my car was sent to me till i called the dealership at 16h50. i was told they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Now i am going to be driving a car that was not miss firing before i sent it to them but now miss firing. i plan taking legal actions.
