Stranded at office child at school alone at night

I had the budget auto clinic guys fetch my car from work, after postponing 3 times previously. There car was supposed to be gone for servicing as i bought the voucher at group on. They took the car in the morning and called around one to forcefully tell me other things that were wrong and they were going to fix and i said NO give me a quote i don't have money the gentlemen irritated put the phone down, I called around 4 as i needed to get home, they asked if i couldn't come to Capetown and fetch it as all their drivers were gone. i said no, i am a new drive i am not used to driving that side and my GPS is at home, and that was not the agreement they said they would bring the car around 6. all these time they never called me to let me know they cant bring the car or even get back to me i always had to be calling. at 6:30 i called again as the said they were sending a cab to fetch me none of them picked up their calls my child still at school, I am alone and new in Capetown by PM i called a cab to take me home. I called them this morning and no one knew what i was talking about. and they brought my car around 10 am. Group on is chepening and bring in suppliers with service.
