Arrogant manager with very bad attitude

They mislead customers with false advertising about free quotations, they asked me to bring my pump in so they can quote me on repairs, After giving me a ridiculously high price i approached them to get my pump back and informed them it was better for me to get a new one, they then asked me to pay R450 or they strip my pump and give it back to me in pieces because i wasted their time, i mean if they wanted to be paid for the quotations they should have just told me in the beginning.

they started firing me with questions like how do you think we pay our staff? i have previously repaired 2 pumps with them before, my argument is why do you need to tell me about your staff and expenses after you overpriced me and turn my business away? and then try to force me to give you business by threatening to give me my pump back in pieces like they did? when their business makes profit from me they do not bother letting me know about it but the one time i say no to them they cry like babies

Phillp with an attitude like yours, you are going to bring Barry (the owner) back from retirement to come and run his company nicely like he always has been doing, We miss him already
