I bought a 2012 Chev Spark 1.2 LS from WESVAAL DELTA in 2012. I took the car back befor the 15 000km service and told the Sales consultant that there is something wrong with the clutch. On the 15 000km service the clutch was adjusted however the fault still persisted and it was addressed on numerous occasions thereafter. On 30 000km the Service station consultant told me that they adjusted the clutch agian. GMSA replaced my Gearbox as it was under warranty. After the clutch was replaced which I had to pay for as well as the gear box, requested that the money I paid for the clutch be refunded back to me as I feel that the complaint I logged well in advance is the cause of the clutch failure which was not attended to accordingly.

I recieved this mail back from Wesvaal group after I talked to GMSA:
"After investigating all the facts and the involvement of GMSA. The decision was made not to refund Mr Loots. The clutch was burned and therefor under the GMSA global warranty system no claim would have been authorised"
