Car Settlement

We traded my wife's Picanto in on a Hyundai i10 last week Monday, we drove through from Johannesburg to Pretoria and signed all the documents and left the Picanto at the dealer and took the i10.
It has been 1 1/2 weeks now and the dealer has still not settled the Picanto it is nearing the end of month and the bank is going to expect payment for the Picanto which we do not have anymore. when I contact the branch I get told it has been sent to head office.

I want this car settled!!!
