Just want to give the guys at Langston Racing a big thumbs up! Particularly to Justin who I was dealing with

I contacted them because my helmet was giving me some issues. I emailed them in the middle of the night and the following day, shortly after 8, I had a response already. Was told to take it to my nearest dealer and they would organise that the helmet gets picked up and shipped to them so they can have a look at it. They even organised me a loan helmet while they were looking at my helmet.

Justin gave me a breakdown in terms of how long it should take and everything happened even quicker than he promised Now there's something you don't see everyday. From the loan helmet arriving on my side to the time it took to inspect, repair and ship the helmet back to me. No questions asked. But wait there's more... Justin even added an extra which prevents wind from flowing up past my chin which works like a flipping bomb! And everything at no cost to me at all.

I definitely feel like a valued customer. To Justin and Langston Racing - Thank you very much for the awesome service!
