Auto Works cannot get the basics right

Last year I went to the Milnerton branch to have my brake pads replaced. Shortly thereafter I returned as there was a major screeching sound coming from the front brakes. After a few minutes I left thinking the problem was sorted. Since then I have booked my vehicle in for the same problem about 5 times. The screeching sound turned into a grinding sound. I have taken the technician & manager for numerous test drives to point out the problem. Every time I have to hear that the ATE technician will be around to inspect the pads. At one stage he discovered a missing part on the pad which the technicians did not attach. After months the problem has still not been solved. My last email was sent to Gunther and the manager a week ago, I have not had a response. Such pathetic service I have not found in my life. The advert on 567 Cape Talk should be banned from the air. How long must I wait to have something so basic repaired on my vehicle.
