Four Services later and still have same problem

I had to take in my car for repairs as my break pads needed to be replaced. After I received my vehicle from Mazda after the 1st attempt, my breaks was still making a horrific screeching sound and still very noisy. On the 3rd attempt that the car was taken, the communication between the colleagues of Mazda was non-existent as nobody was aware that the car was coming in on the same day after I confirmed the booking the previous morning. I have taken the car back to Mazda 4 times after the 1st attempt and I am still sitting with the same problem.his is ridiculous.
