Bad Brake Pads Service

After replacing my brake pads at Hi Q Bellville, (hubcap was broken in the process), it started squeaking within the first week of the replacement. I had to take it back the next month where I was informed that it was dust settling on the new pads and they will blow it off. After blowing off the dust, it was still squeaking but was told that this was normal as the brakes are new and it needs time to embed. Now after 3 months and 2 visits it's still squeaking (actually screeching now) and haven't been contacted since my last visit for the new hubcap as well as the resolution to the noise of the new pads.
