Alert Removals Gives Overall TERRIBLE service

I have only recieved terrible service from Alert Removals Durban, as summarised below:

Firstly after asking for a quotation, and making the move in date clear, they send me a quote, saying theyll pick up my furniture 7 days prior to move in date. I confirmed telephonically that everything is allright. Then 2 days after I got told additionally to the original quote I have to pay storage aswell! (This should have been in the original quote???)

Secondly I told them then they should remove it a day prior, they confirm that they can do this, after phoning them, sending Mary and Marcus about six emails, after paying my deposit, they dont confirm that the monies has been recieved and that they will remove my furniture on the day and time requested. I phoned them numerous times to get conformation in writing, with very rude responses from their side.

Thirdly after delivery I request an invoice confirming payment has been recieved, and for tax purposes, 12 days later they send me a tax invoice.., .The WRONG one... I request the right one 20 days later, many emails, calls no response. And some of my things are MISSING, no repsonse... Money laundering? These guys are terrible dont use them
