Terrible Service

I requested to receive a quote from Classic Removals to move my furniture from a flat in Durban to my new house about 500m down the road. I received an inventory list which needed to be completed for Classic Removals to give me a quote. On the list there is a section entitled 'Notes and comments'. In this section I clearly stipulated that my flat is on the 6th floor and my couch needs to be carried down the stairs. On receiving my quote I accepted the amount and made the payment. When Classic Removals arrived to collect my furniture they told me I needed to pay an additional R900 because my flat is on the 6th floor. I called the lady who quoted me and she said that she never received any information that the flat is on the 6th floor. I then retrieved the email where I clearly state this and sent it to her again. She then called me back saying that the system they are running on did not send through the information clearly, but I still need to pay in the difference or my furniture will not be off loaded from the truck.
Having no other option I made the payment of the R900.
I still have not received an apology from the company. Do not use Classic Removals!
