I work at Standard Profil in Montague Gardens, we manufacture car parts for VW. Not only am i unhappy at work, i fear being SMS there is no work dont bother coming in.

Joseph Fourie is my manager, and for some time i have raised some concerns affecting me, but up will now never got response.

- Unfair Labor Practice; certain workers receive promotions without the minimum requirements or the ad nt even being advertised. I might no have studied but had gained knowledge in alot of the areas and probably have reasonably the most experience in our field. But every-time i apply it gets rejected

Ali Aler; who do you think you are disrespecting your workers??? I might be a factory worker bt im a husband to a wife &and a father to 4 kids. Every day i fear being in your company as i fear whats gonna come out of your mouth.

I guess im not man enough to tell you this as i need this job badly, but my for disrespect and lake of work ethics. "ELKE HOND KRY SY DAG"

Im sure ill be red flagged, but i hope my voice gets heard and some questions answered.
