Furniture Removals 5 Hours late

I paid a deposit to Trans Select Removals of R480 to move my furniture on the 1 June 2013 at 11:30am. I was assured by Jannie Nel that there were available at 11:30. I needed to move out of my apartment at 12. Jannie attempted to come through, after numerous phone calls, at 4:30 pm.By this time, all my furniture was out of my house, and under the carport causing huge inconvenience to myself and neighbours. Eventually, i had to ask the movers of the place i was moving into, to help me move in, as i could not wait from 11:30 until 4:30 pm. Due to their late and inconsiderate delivery, i was extremely inconvenienced and want a refund of my deposit: they did hold up their end of the contract when the failed to arrive at 11:30.
