Not paying back money after furniture wasn't moved

We had a contract with Admire Removals to move furniture from Mosselbay to Kleinbaai. We were given a quote by Admire Removals and after weeks of disputes and Admire still not fulfilling their contractual obligation we got someone else to move the furniture. Now Admire Removals are refusing to return our money which effectively means that they have R 3900 from us.

If the arrangements have not worked out then at least return the Clients money. We are busy seeking legal council to get the money out of Admire Removals as Vinesh Hemraj maintains that he will not return our money.
