Worst removals company ever!

Spot-On Removals sub contracted Classic Removals to move My son's furniture from PE to Gordon's Bay. Supposed to collect furniture on the morning of the 26Th November, got a call late that afternoon that truck had been delayed, so my son had to make alternate arrangements and could only leave for CT the next day. Plus had to get friend to be present at loading which only happened on the 29th Nov. Driver confirmed that he would be offloading on Tuesday 3rd Dec. Get call from driver 18:30 2nd Dec that he wants to deliver at 22:00.
We were forced to cut short our holiday because truck from Classic Removal was already running two days late (not my fault) and owner of Classic Removals threatened to send furniture back to Durban and said that I would have to pay for company to return my furniture to Gordon's Bay if there was no one to receive furniture at 10pm at night. (Hold you to ransom because they got your furniture)
