Cars & Transport

Loong story short: We swopped/traded our car for a secondhand car (Channa) in November of last year.
The dealer said that he will put the car through the roadworthy test etc. My old car was sold the very next day and they gave me the Channa without paperwork and with a completely flat battery, a leaking water-pipe and a sideshaft that was welded together... We needed a second vehicle desperately but couldn't drive the car. I asked about the battery and they said that it was my problem, so I bought a new battery, but still couldn't drive the car. That was in November of last year, after months of and not returning ONE of our desperate phone-calls, the car "passed" the RWC in April with a welded together sideshaft. I asked the testcentre how they could pass the car without the sideshaft, they said that the dealer gave them a proof that the part was indeed ordered. I phoned the dealer beginning of April and they told me that the part was ordered. I got hold of the supplier 9th of May and they said they only ordered it a couple of days ago and it will be here in a few weeks... My wife doesn't want the car anymore, but we can't sell the car without the shaft!! What are we to do!
