Lady driver buys car battery

My car wouldn't start a few weeks ago so i got my neighbour to help me, in what seemed to be a flat battery so we jump started the car. I went to the nearest battery dealer who said it was the battery but he didn't have the correct size and wanted to put in a bigger size to which i wasn't keen so i left, i called my mechanic who referred me to Sammys Exide Battery. I drove in to them. The guys at Sammys checked my battery and showed me exactly where the fault was. they also checked other related causes that might result. They gave me a full written report that i could understand unlike the other guy who gave me a small slip style print out. They had my size and with it four different brands and types with warranty variations. i would have just bought but i felt i needed another opinion as being a lady driver i was still skeptical as to whether or not i was being duped so i searched for another dealer who had my size but was more expensive and less helpful so it was back to Sammys where i i finally confidently bought from. Thanks guys for the excellent service and for treating me well.
