Not working radio and spare key

I bought a car at hypercars in bloemfontein last year 20/06/2013 the radio and spare key was not working and since then have been strugling to to get them fixed and now the key I'm using is giving me problems the same as the hand brake they claim to have fixed when I pull it up there's smoke coming out.
