Complaint of a car in poor condition

I bought a car at Leisure Auto Sales from Matthew. i got the car on the 04/05/2013.

on the 28/05/2013 one of the tires on the car had a bubble and had to change it and when i did and put on the spare tire that came with the car that spare tire was leaking so at the end of the day had to go buy a new tires as the original tire had a bubble and the spare leaked. after i bought the tire i called Matthew to tell him of my situation and he said that i should not have bought the new tire and contacted him first.

on the 18/06/2013 i took the car to Ford and Mazda for a service. after the service was done i was told that the car has thinks that need to be replaced and fixed which include removing and replacing brake pads front, skim brake discs front, replace fan belt, replace bonnet release rod, rod hood release, kit drive belt and kit brake pads.

i have only had the car for a month and three week all the above mentioned things could not be damaged by me within a month and three weeks meaning the car was sold to me in its bad condition.

i have emailed Matthew the quote i got from the service dealer but have not gotten any response from him
