I need HELP please, they are playing hide and seek

I bought a kompressor C230 from Top cars in Good wood Cape Town in July 2013, I bought it cash R109, 999. I've been having problems with them since I did the transfer, they gave me a wrong spare key to you which I later found out that it was for another Mercedes sedan that was there. They have very rude old man that is a sales person that does not have people's skills that doesn't give messages to Pier the owner.

At first I had problems with the radio which I had to scream for 2 months to get it fixed. I went to them to give them back the wrong spare key the gave me, I was then told that they bought the car with out a spare key (but I was never told that before I bought the car cause I woundnt have bout it) the rude old man, salesman, then told me that the will have to go and find out from where the bought it from. I then requested him to tell the owner to order a key for me from Mercedes Benz, which he said he will do so but ever since then I can't get hold of the owner. I spoke to the owner after trying more than 200 times and told he is not there, he called me back and promised to order a key for me with Mercedes Benz but till today no spare key. I need some assistanc
