Very Dissapointed, Terrible Service

Booked my car in for repair, never received feedback on my vehicle, i had to call in weekly to get an update, when i finally get hold of them, they brush my concerns away, pushing the job further into the future. The feedback service is shocking! It is important to communicate with your customers especially when they have your property!!!
