Incorrectly billed 6 Months ago-STILL no refund!

Without doubt the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am a regular client of Eurocar, renting monthly for some time now.

I was incorrectly billed 18, 000 RAND last December, and after continuous follow ups I have gotten absolutely nowhere in terms of getting my money back. Europcar staff have accepted that the money should be returned, but have done nothing to actually return it to me

The staff are incredible, they dont respond to emails, and if I call them Im told "Oh sorry we`ll look into it right now and get back to you shortly"... and they never do!!!

Its not just about the fact its taken six months of continuous follow ups, its the fact absolutely nothing has been done.

I was double charged for car rental of 7, 500 rand. And told it would be returned to my bank account - still nothing returned.

And in addition I was hit by a third party (their fault) over 6months ago. Eurocar took over 9000 RAND off my card (as per the T&C allow), but they are supposed to get the money off the 3rd party insurers for me, and over 6 months later still cannot tell me anything on the status.
Dont think Ive ever had a more frustrating experience in my life!!
