Miway insurance booked a rental car from tempest while my car was in for repairs. I had to pay a 500 rand petrol fee, and it was arranged that I would be given a car with a full tank of petrol. When I return the car, they would fill up the car and refund me the balance of the 500 rand. When I returned the car, the consultant did not go out and check the mileage of the car with me. When I asked what was going to happen, he said that I need not worry. My money would be returned as soon as the car has been filled. I returned the car with a half a tank of petrol. Which means I should have been refunded plus minus 250 rand. I was only refunded 51 rand. This is an outrage! These people reassure you that you can trust them to handle bussiness. But then you get cheated like that! Unacceptable! I am a single parent and need every cent I have!
